Most of them I've seen before and they're pretty silly. However, I do like this one, which adds Linux into the mix.

How To Install Windows Vista
This guy shows precisely what to do once you get your shiny new Windows Vista package, to avoid hardware incompatibility issues and ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from it.
Take careful note of how inserting the Vista disk slows even this mighty machine to a crawl!

Fantastic Virtual Desktop For Windows

It provides an expose-style overview of all the applications running on a given desktop, a screen that shows all the desktops and configurable system tray icons that include buttons for each desktop or next/previous buttons.
You can instantly swap to a given desktop via Alt+1 for desktop 1, etc.
It also provides a rule-based mechanism for (amongst other things) defining which applications should automatically go to which desktops, including specifying whether focus should move to that desktop when the application is opened.
It even takes over Alt+Tab so that you only see those windows that are on the current desktop.
All in all, the nicest virtual desktop setup I've seen for Windows.

Software I Use Every Day

One thing we talked about was whether there were Mac equivalents for the various pieces of software he relies upon. The answer was "yes" in every case.
That got me thinking, about the software I use regularly. Since I (sadly) spend most of my time in Windows, that's what dominates this list:
