Why Was I Not Informed?!

Apparently, Cosmo recently organised a group of 1010 gorgeous Australian babes to congregate on Bondi Beach in order to set a new world record for the largest swimsuit shoot.

Sadly, my invitation to act as an official observer must have been lost in the mail :-).

I'm surprised I've not seen someone come up with this before (found via our old friends Dump Trumpet).

Maybe they have and I've just not been frequenting the right sites!

Mind you, what do you expect, when the company's name is "Go Ogle" :-).

Of course, Booble has been around for a couple of years. I guess Google hasn't tried to shut them down because their logo isn't quite as close to the real one as this is.

I found these very, very cute Rabbit Scissors on Gizmodiva.

Sadly, they're designed for kids ... who'd a thunk it?! ... hence would probably be of no value in my office.

I may still order a pair, anyway, just for the sheer joy of owning something so damned cute!

Whippet, Whippet Good

I had a fun day today, at Lachie's place up north, with about ten other Ruby/Rails hackers. I didn't achieve anything really, apart from having a very nice time, immersed in the experience.

However, I did meet these two lovely Whippets. I couldn't resist taking their photo when they were curled up together here having a snooze, oblivious to the mayhem around them.

I found the video at Spluch. It's a dancing, signing, emoting skeleton. Very, very cute, indeed!

I particularly like how his jaw drops, and his eyes follow them, when pretty girls walk by :-).

As part of a promotion entitled "Come to the zoo, before the zoo comes to you", this little fellow is walking around town dressed in a suit that makes it appear he's being eaten by a crocodile.

Those Tunes Are Heavy, Man!

Being a die hard MP3er these days, there's no place on my shelves for CDs; they've all had their content ripped and been banished to one of several large cardboard boxes.

However, I'm tempted to buy one of these Human CD Holders just because they're so damned cute!

I could definitely find a place for their friends, the Bookend Men.
