No, I'm not talking about Bill's cosmetic makeover. I'm referring to gliffy, a Flash-based drawing tool similar to Visio that Gavin put me onto.I've only had a need for such an aid a couple of times in my life, so it's not of huge import to me. However, I know plenty of people who could probably use it.
