According to Coolest Gadgets, a company called Johnson Tiles can produce custom-made tiles that form any digital image you can provide to them.I checked out the Johnson Tiles site, but failed to find any sign of these, let alone a price, but I'm guessing you'll be paying through the nose.
Still, it's a very cute idea!
