According to this story on Engadget, Telstra COO Greg Winn said of Apple and their iPhone"There's an old saying - stick to your knitting - and Apple is not a mobile phone manufacturer, that's not their knitting.".
Hopefully, this idiot's thoughts alone do not determine policy at Telstra, because I want my iPhone and they're currently the only telco in Australia with an EDGE network.
