Oh no, it's 15 inches and a whopping 1280 x 1024 pixels, with 512MB of RAM built in.
There's a digital clock and speakers, so it can do a nice slide show to music. You can even schedule when it displays the images.
Admittedly, it's a tad pricey at $US499, but sounds like it may well be worth the dough.
